Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Zamanja account, WhatsApp interaction or worker profile.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@zamanja.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name, if provided to Zamanja.
• Your WhatsApp phone number used with Zamanja.
• Whether you used Zamanja as a client, worker or both.
• A short statement requesting deletion of your data.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify that the request relates to your information and delete or anonymise eligible data within a reasonable time. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute handling.
